Herring Gull Predates Guillimot egg |

It's a sad sight, but that's life. This gull sat in amongst the guillemots for an hour trying to steal their eggs. When they stood their ground, the herring gull launched itself at them (see small inset picture below) and cried out to frighten them. Eventually one of them moved and the gull was straight in. |
Notice the Guillemot in the bottom left corner and the huge size difference.
